MEET OUR TEACHERS
Howard Rosenberg
Howard Rosenberg is a Certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, life coach and gong master. He studied with Tej Khalsa and Harijiwan Khalsa. and is certified by the Kundalini Research Institute. In Kundalini Yoga, the yoga of awareness, Howard found a powerful technology to raise human consciousness. He receives great satisfaction from witnessing the transformation of students as they immerse themselves in this sacred practice. His classes are noted for the healing sound baths provided by the vibratory power of the gong. In his life coaching work, he helps people clear the cobwebs of their life so they can live the life they desire.
Nancy Quevillon
Dr Nancy Q started taking Kundalini Yoga classes in 2015. What she experienced after those initial classes was a heart opening, expansive blissful feeling. She was soon hooked with the powerful teachings of this transformative practice. She knew shortly thereafter that she wanted to dive deeper into these practices and become a teacher and share these teachings with others. Dr Nancy has a gentle way of leading and supporting students into their own experience of connecting to their true selves through yoga poses, meditation and chanting. Dr Nancy often refers to the teachings of Kundalini as having changed her life deeply into a more peaceful, connected and heart centered way of being in the world.
ELLEN DILTHEY
ELLEN DILTHEY quickly recognized the joy and healing support of a yoga practice and has been teaching yoga for over a decade. She is passionate about making yoga accessible for everyone and welcomes beginners and seasoned practitioners of all ages and abilities to her classes. Ellen actively learns about new and innovative methods to bring yoga into the lives of students with physical limitations or challenges. Through a caring and nurturing approach, she guides students to explore yoga as an opportunity to create balance, self-awareness, and a deeper sense of well being in all areas of daily life. When not teaching yoga, you will find her fingers dancing on a piano. Ellen completed her 200-hour training with Kripalu Yoga in 2007.

GAIL SOOKEY
GAIL SOOKEY attended her first yoga class in 2009 and was immediately hooked. She quickly saw the many benefits of a yoga practice including strength, flexibility, stress relief, and an overall balancing of mind and body. Gail feels strongly that yoga is truly for everyone, and that wherever you are on a given day in your yoga practice is exactly where you need to be. She believes that even a simple focus on the breath can allow any student to enjoy the countless benefits of yoga. Gail hopes to bring yoga to as many diverse groups of people that normally wouldn’t have the opportunity to be exposed to it. She enjoys spending time with her family and dogs in the beautiful Berkshires. Gail completed her 200-hour training with Frog Lotus Yoga in Thailand in 2018.

LINDSAY MCGINNIS
LINDSAY MCGINNIS has studied many types of yoga including Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Restorative, and Thai Massage. Lindsay completed her 200-hour training with Frog Lotus Yoga in 2008, Thai Yoga Massage training with Triple Jem School in 2011, and multiple additional continuing education sessions in yoga and Thai massage since initial training. Her teaching is focused on Hatha Yoga Interdisciplinary, using the physical aspect of yoga to integrate balance and grounding in one’s everyday life. Inspired by her passion for nature and the outdoors, she keeps her practice playful and centered in a mind, body, and spirit connection. You might see her in a yoga pose on top of a mountain, in the river or under the trees. As a full-time high school science teacher and mother of two amazing children Lindsay is also very engaged in connecting to the community and would love to share the benefits of yoga with anyone ready to smile, breathe, and sink into their asana practice.
HILARY GARIVALTIS
HILARY GARIVALTIS is a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and Ayurvedic Education Consultant. She served as the Executive Director of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association from 2016-2023 and was the Founder and former Dean of the Kripalu School of Ayurveda in Stockbridge, MA. She continues to serve as a board member on the National Ayurvedic Medical Association Certification Board. She graduated from UMass Amherst in 1982 and went on to study Ayurvedic medicine in the United States and then in India from 1997-2007. She continues to study with the world’s leading teachers in the United States and in India whenever she gets the chance and loves nothing more than to inspire others in finding harmony and balance in their lives.
