NANCY QUEVILLON
NANCY QUEVILLONInstructor
Dr Nancy Q started taking Kundalini Yoga classes in 2015. What she experienced after those initial classes was a heart opening, expansive blissful feeling. She was soon hooked with the powerful teachings of this transformative practice. She knew shortly thereafter that she wanted to dive deeper into these practices and become a teacher and share these teachings with others. Dr Nancy has a gentle way of leading and supporting students into their own experience of connecting to their true selves through yoga poses, meditation and chanting. Dr Nancy often refers to the teachings of Kundalini as having changed her life deeply into a more peaceful, connected and heart centered way of being in the world.
ELLEN DILTHEY
ELLEN DILTHEYInstructor
ELLEN DILTHEY quickly recognized the joy and healing support of a yoga practice and has been teaching yoga for over a decade. She is passionate about making yoga accessible for everyone and welcomes beginners and seasoned practitioners of all ages and abilities to her classes. Ellen actively learns about new and innovative methods to bring yoga into the lives of students with physical limitations or challenges. Through a caring and nurturing approach, she guides students to explore yoga as an opportunity to create balance, self-awareness, and a deeper sense of well being in all areas of daily life. When not teaching yoga, you will find her fingers dancing on a piano. Ellen completed her 200-hour training with Kripalu Yoga in 2007.

GAIL SOOKEY
GAIL SOOKEYInstructor
GAIL SOOKEY attended her first yoga class in 2009 and was immediately hooked. She quickly saw the many benefits of a yoga practice including strength, flexibility, stress relief, and an overall balancing of mind and body. Gail feels strongly that yoga is truly for everyone, and that wherever you are on a given day in your yoga practice is exactly where you need to be. She believes that even a simple focus on the breath can allow any student to enjoy the countless benefits of yoga. Gail hopes to bring yoga to as many diverse groups of people that normally wouldn’t have the opportunity to be exposed to it. She enjoys spending time with her family and dogs in the beautiful Berkshires. Gail completed her 200-hour training with Frog Lotus Yoga in Thailand in 2018.
