Anahata Schoolhouse is a yoga and healing arts studio located in the Berkshires, near Mount Greylock, in Adams, Massachusetts. Anahata, the life energy center of the heart, is our connection to love, compassion and acceptance; it can only be learned by the heart through experience.

WHAT WE OFFER
Yoga is a mind-body-spirit practice that improves your ability to reduce stress while increasing your sense of wellbeing and mental clarity. This practice improves the functioning of your nervous system, glandular (endocrine) system, digestion, and sleep. It has been known to reduce anxiety and depression.
