All Levels Yoga

with Certified Yoga Instructor Gail Sookey

Unwind from the work week with a  yoga practice designed to tone and stretch the whole body.  Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated to foster balance of both the body and mind.   This class is suitable for beginners or more experienced practitioners looking for a slower-paced class while still receiving the benefits of a physical practice.  All levels are welcome!

GAIL SOOKEY attended her first yoga class in 2009 and was immediately hooked. She quickly saw the many benefits of a yoga practice including strength, flexibility, stress relief, and an overall balancing of mind and body. Gail feels strongly that yoga is truly for everyone, and that wherever you are on a given day in your yoga practice is exactly where you need to be. She believes that even a simple focus on the breath can allow any student to enjoy the countless benefits of yoga. Gail hopes to bring yoga to as many diverse groups of people that normally wouldn’t have the opportunity to be exposed to it. She enjoys spending time with her family and dogs in the beautiful Berkshires. Gail completed her 200-hour training with Frog Lotus Yoga in Thailand in 2018.
